Editorial Policy
How content is produced, labelled and separated from commercial interests across the ecosystem.
1. Independence
Editorial and intelligence content is produced independently of commercial relationships. No manufacturer, seller or partner can purchase editorial coverage, verification status, ranking position or comparison outcomes.
2. Sponsored content
Where sponsored placements exist, they are clearly and consistently labelled, visually distinct from editorial and intelligence content, and excluded from the evidence layer.
3. Corrections
Factual errors are corrected promptly. Manufacturers may request corrections to their profiles; corrections supported by evidence are prioritised. Submit a correction request via the contact form under the Manufacturer profile category.
4. Conflicts of interest
Commercial relationships between the group and manufacturers (rental, marketplace or leasing participation) are disclosed where they could reasonably be seen to influence content.
5. Scope
This policy applies to the corporate website and, together with platform-specific policies, across the ecosystem. Detailed catalogue governance lives in the Evidence Policy.
